If you want to get a special kind of vehicle, you have to book it in advance. We advise you to pre-order vehicles for disabled people at least 2 weeks in advance. If you have a big group (more than 50), the earlier you book, the better.
You can give us a call and book that way, or use our form to do it. Our manager will contact you later to confirm your order.
Changes and Cancellation Process
If you want to make any changes in your order (date, time, the size of your party, etc.) or cancel your order, you have to give us a call. Our staff will tell you if it’s possible to make a change. Please note that if you cancel your order within 24 hours after you booked a car, we will give you a full refund. In case you cancel later, the refund will be partial.
We offer a system of discounts to our frequent riders (more than 7 trips with our company within 6 last months). We also offer discounts for people traveling in big groups (more than 20 people) and discounts for your birthday.
Traveling with Kids
If you’re traveling with kids, we can offer you a family-friendly vehicle that has more room for everyone or we could also place a car seat for your kid. Our company can provide you with cartoons or music that your kids will love.
At the end of your ride, you have to refill the tank. We don’t charge you extra for anything broken or any other damage.
